No. If you wish to pay by credit or debit card without creating a PayPal account, please follow the instructions below.
(1) At the prompt to Log in to PayPal choose to “Pay by Debit or Credit Card”
(2) When filling in the debit or credit card information, please make sure that the “Save information and create your PayPal account” is switched off
