Introduction to Paddleboarding
We’ll start from the very beginning on this course and assume you’re a complete beginner. We’ll show you how the equipment works, make sure you know how to use it safely and introduce basic techniques such as forward paddling, turning and stopping. If the weather is good we can also look at getting back on the board (optional !). This course is also suitable for self-taught paddlers who want to check that there are no gaps in their knowledge.
Children are welcome (and because we have an AALA licence they do not need to have a parent on the session with them).
